Tinoa
This is an initial general draft explaining how Tinoa may handle data inside the app. It should be updated once operational and legal requirements are finalized before the official launch.
Tinoa may collect basic account data such as username, login information, birth day and month, interests, favorites, profile photos, avatar decorations, social links added by the user, and profile information the user chooses to share.
We may use general usage data to improve performance and experience, such as page interactions, technical errors, broad device settings, and logs that help us fix issues and improve the service.
The app may rely on Google and Firebase services for authentication, storage, databases, analytics, notifications, or crash monitoring. These services are subject to their providers' policies and may technically process some data to provide the service.
Tinoa aims to give users options to control what is publicly visible, including birth date, interests, photos, social links, and profile details based on the settings available in the app.
When users upload photos or add profile content, that content may be stored and displayed according to privacy settings and app sharing behavior. Users should not add content they do not have the right to use or content that violates app rules.
Users may request account or data deletion through in-app options or by contacting us. Processing may take a reasonable period, and some limited records may remain when technically or operationally necessary.
